Not sure who Peggy was/is or why she was having a festival, but glad to have been invited

This was a film festival in Halifax, Nova Scotia (Canada). I wish I would have been able to visit this festival when it happened, but alas, I had to work as a clerk to make my living back then. Maybe they'll invite me back if I ever get off my butt and make another film!
